Staffing and Retention Specialist- (Taco Bell of Alaska)
· Work with management and primarily within the Taco Bell of Alaska Restaurants
· Collaborate with management and operation teams to assess current and future workforce needs, develop effective strategies for candidate pools.
· Coordinate applications and interviews for hiring managers throughout 15 locations in Alaska using our online onboarding application and other tools.
· Establish and maintain a local employment brand presence.
· Develop and maintain recruiting material
· Travel to various communities throughout the Alaska network to participate in hiring events, interviews, and new hire onboarding.
· Oversee each New Hire’s training is on schedule and meets our training standards.
· Assist with preparation and during training classes.
· Goal of becoming a training Facilitator for company.
· Conduct exit interviews with the objective of improved awareness about why employees leave our company as a means for improving employee retention where possible
· Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School or equivalent education
· Preference will be given to those individuals who have experience supporting the hiring process of a Quick Service Industry business.
· Must be comfortable speaking in groups and understand creative needs for advertising.
· Must be able to work independently and free of direct supervision while making consistently sound decisions.
· Must have an Alaska Driving license, acceptable driving record, and the ability to travel to various work locations.

This position is hourly, pay depends on experience, and may be based out of either the Restaurant Support Center office in Anchorage, Alaska, or within various restaurant locations in Alaska as needed.
