Innovative Therapies Group is looking for the right Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient/private practice family. We are a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team (PT/OT/ST/MT) focused on each patient’s experience and outcome, using innovative technologies, forward thinking practices, teamwork and patient respect. We are a therapist owned private practice.
Our Physical Therapist is required to have a current Florida State License in good standing and be able to work with orthopedics, neurological (CVA/Parkinson’s), manual therapy and vestibular diagnoses, while being open to utilizing various modalities.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Self-motivated, team leader for the PT clinical staff (PTA’s and Techs).
- Evaluate the patient and develop the appropriate plan of care, coordinate patient’s treatments with support staff.
- Actively participate in marketing strategies to ensure the health of our practice.
- Willingly participate in community events to help promote our practice.
- Promote a professional environment that is friendly and welcoming to everyone.
- Participate in a culture of teamwork.
- Display a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patient’s satisfaction
We have three Physical Therapy locations in Florida, Ocala (Horse/Biking/Boating Country), Summerfield, and The Villages. We have a middle-age to geriatric patient population.
The Ocala, Florida area is the “horse capital” of the United States, with horse farms and riding trails in abundance. There are many outdoor activities from biking to boating to festivals. We are located an hour away from magical Orlando, Florida or Daytona beach, or an easy weekend get-away to Clearwater/Tampa.
