Job description
Supervises, coordinates, and performs pharmaceutical dispensing functions in assigned areas. Participates in clinical activities and provides drug information to health care professionals and the general public. Requires a basic understanding of the relevant behaviors, development stages, physical and emotional needs, life cycle changes, comfort and care appropriate to the age of the patient served.Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. or Pharm.D. degree required. Must be licensed in the State of Indiana or eligible for licensure. Hospital experience preferred.

Schedule: PRN Permanent, Day/Evening Shift, PRN Mon-Sun 6am-4:30pm, 7am-5:30pm, 7:30am-6pm & 12:30pm-11pm
