As an
Accountant at Open Source Integrators, you support the financial management and operational functions for the company. You report to the company’s CFO and you are an integral part of the Finance team. Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily huddles focuses on the day’s expectations and goals
- Assist in the completion of daily accounting tasks such as expense report review, credit card reconciliation, A/P and A/R
- Assist in the month end close by completing GL account reconciliations and record necessary journal entries
- Analyze monthly Revenue & Expense fluctuations and explain variances
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Backup to HR Specialist for semi-monthly payroll processing
- Assist CFO with other ongoing activities and projects
- Are always looking to improve processes making the department and company more efficient

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field
- At least 3-5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Experience in and knowledge of corporate accounting, budgeting, tax, and cost control principals including GAAP
