Staff Accountant
Cascade Receivables Management, LLC ("CRM"), a member of the Cascade365 Family of Companies – on-site position in Petaluma, CA.

Position Overview
The Staff Accountant is responsible for maintaining accounting principles and procedures for full cycle accounting. This position will prepare and review financial information including Cascade365’s reports and statements.

Position Responsibilities

• GL Account keeping – day-to-day full cycle accounting functions, process closings, reconciliation posting JEs, variance analysis and monthly reports.
• Investor reporting – run and reconcile reports.
• Revenue reconciliation.
• Assist with gathering and analyzing information for financial audits.
• Produce recommendations for process improvement, increased revenue and cost reduction.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field, or the equivalent in experience.
• 2+ years of experience in full cycle accounting.
• Knowledge of full cycle accounting, AP, AR, journal entries, bank reconciliations, General Ledger calculations and reconciliation.
• Experience with Month end close.
• Ability to read and analyze financial reports.
• Ability to manage one’s workload, priorities and deadlines.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel.
• Intermediate to advanced excel skills to include formulas, Pivot tables and VLOOKUP

Compensation & Benefits

• $60K – $80K dependent on skills and experience
