Project Connection is looking for SSW's or those working toward their SSW, to work with our outpatient mental health clinic to increase positive outcome measures with clients. This is an exciting, flexible, fee-for-service position. Project Connection serves individuals and families, and is also operating a new CTI (Critical Time Intervention) program that works with Medicaid in Salt Lake County to reduce the number of clients being re-admitted to inpatient mental health treatment after discharge. SSW duties may include, working with individuals in the community to improve knowledge, exposure and linkage to resources, case management, need assessment, in-home interventions and in-office skills development groups. Candidate needs to have their SSI license or have a Bachelor's degree in a related and field and receive their SSI license within one year of hire. Candidate must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a background check. We are looking for someone who is excited about working on a team, program development and community collaboration.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
