This position is 100% remote within the United States.

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sr Product Manager to join our Henry Schein One product team. This an ideal role for someone with team leadership aspirations within their career growth and plan. The role will focus on and own our patient communication and relationship management portfolio of products focusing on websites and reputation management. This includes working on a broad range of business initiatives and objectives by leveraging a wide set of technologies and tools.
The role is accountable to the commercial success of the product(s) and leading efforts in the execution of product strategy. The incumbent will work with cross-functional teams internal and external stakeholders to support shaping and defining product strategy, vision, and roadmaps. The successful candidate is adept with cross functional communication, and able to bridge organizational gaps between different functional groups, most often between development, marketing, sales, and support.
What You Will Do
- Contribute to product strategy, vision, and roadmap by leveraging customer and market analysis
- Write product requirements and user stories for features and enhancements
- Conduct analysis to review competitors in adjacent spaces for feature requirements to ensure competitive and relevant product feature sets
- Prioritize and manage the feature backlog for effective release and sprint planning
- Evaluate trade-off decisions across the customer experience, development, and operational support in partnership with teams
- Create useful, intuitive features that help our customers grow their business
- Review customer feedback, prioritize it, and transform it into clearly defined product requirements
- Guide user experience design planning and delivery with the assistance of the development team
- Be the customer advocate for solution designs
- Work closely with the development team to ensure releases meet and exceed customer expectations
- Coordinate with other product managers and engineers to deliver product functionality that set us apart from our competition
- Continuously monitor, measure and report on key business and customer metrics. Identify areas for continuous testing and optimization
- Work closely with Customer Support and Product Marketing to launch new capabilities
- Be the most knowledgeable person in the company on assigned product(s)
- Help the consulting and sales teams solve problems and discover innovative answers to hard questions
- Work closely with other teams to create materials including white papers, help documentation, blog posts, and customer presentations
- Collaborate across internal partners (Sales, Account Management, Support, Development, and Marketing) as well as external customers to understand challenges/requirements for innovative solutions that help customers get to agreement faster
- Visit customers and attend industry events as needed
Qualifications
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent professional working experience
- 5+ years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of product management experience
- Experience in developing market requirements for hardware and software products and services
- Ability to see the big picture across product lines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Internal and external (customer-facing) presentation and training skills
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus when needed, among diverse stakeholders
- Problem solving ability and analytical business skills
- Leadership and participation in cross-functional teams
The posted range for this position is $96,000 - $168,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a 10% bonus not reflected in the posted range.
