Optima Health is recruiting a Sr. Director Enrollment for Virginia Beach, Richmond or Remote!

This is a full time position with dayshift hours and great benefits!

Work Location:

• Preference is for the hire to reside in Virginia, near Richmond or Virginia Beach area, with the ability to travel in person to Virginia Beach or Richmond occasionally as needed.

• Consideration will be given to a qualified candidate as a remote worker in one of these states only: VA, NC, AL, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, LA, ME, MD, MN, NE, NV, NH, ND, OH, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, WV, WI, WY!

Job responsibilities:

• This role is ultimately responsible for all aspects of Enrollment and the subsequent operational outcomes for all lines of business. This includes the oversight of Enrollment Systems, Vendors, and Partners to ensure sponsors, groups, and members are enrolled in our platforms timely and accurately.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's and 5 years of previous leadership experience at Director Level.

• Firm foundational understanding of Health Plan Operations, including and especially Enrollment EDI Transactions, Medicare Enrollment Reporting, and IP ACA Exchanges.

• Strong Benefits Configuration knowledge and how it relates to sponsor and group set up.

• Familiarity with Claims Admin Platforms (QNXT, Facets, HeatlhEdge, Tapestry)

• Deep knowledgeable in Operational Excellence, to include standardized reporting, monitoring, and maintenance processes.

• Enrollment Partner experience is required (could include Edifecs, Salesforce, Velocity, Benefitfocus,

• An inspirational leader with a proven record of creating & leading hard-working and engaged teams through dedication, collaboration, and clarity.

• Excellent business writing and communication skills.

• Familiarity with QNXT preferred
