The Sr. Analyst of Financial Reporting Systems manages planning & consolidation processes to include but not limited to financial close, forecasts, budgets, financial reporting, application support, process improvement and key projects. The ideal candidate will prepare and maintain business requirement documents, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, and other system documentation. He or she will have experience, both functional and technical, supporting Planning & consolidation systems like OneStream and Hyperion/Oracle applications. The candidate will be passionate about solution delivery, expert knowledge of technology platform such as OneStream/Hyperion, developing and helping others within our company and the community. A passion for technology and learning, understanding of business requirements and the ability to grow others are vital for success in this role.

Primary responsibilities:

• Integrate and Streamline: Setup & maintain Financial and workforce Planning & Consolidation Application such OneStream XF, Hyperion with the know-how to work with complementary teams to enact and maintain integrations between major upstream systems and OneStream XF
• Take responsibility and ownership for problem and issue resolution, process improvement and determining fixing the root cause of problems.
• Responsible for system design and protype IT solutions and implement practical business solution
• Create, maintain, and update financial reports, forms, workflows and business rules
• Manage application maintenance cycles - reviewing, testing, and implementing change requests.
• Solve complex challenges and Administer OneStream XF and Hyperion environment.
• Improve the Accounting and FP&A team's experience to create and maintain consolidation rules, metadata, and application performance.
• Create Workflow's, Simplify & Secure.
• Architect & maintain end user security, support IT /SOX audits.
• Lead requirement gathering, design and build activities for application enhancement, migration, and optimization.
• Implement XF Marketplace and custom solutions when necessary.
• Provide support and training as necessary to end-users
• Present system improvement opportunities in business-friendly and user-friendly language
• Perform data management and preserve historical data integrity
• Participate fully in organizational processes / initiatives, i.e. performance management, interviewing, budgeting, training process

Qualification & skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or related field
• 3+ years Hands-on experience in configuration, implementation and support of financial planning and consolidation platform such as Hyperion/Oracle EPM, OneStream
• 1+ years Hands-on OneStream XF Development and Administration experience preferred
• Experience with ERP's (i.e. SAP) nice to have
• Strong technical / functional background.
• Planning & Consolidation reporting process implementation and support experience (e.g. Close, Budget, Forecast)
• Proficient in SQL, .NET, programming and office 365 product such as Excel, Power Point etc
• Knowledge of Accounting practices and standards
• Ability to Navigate the complexities of global teams and engagements
• Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience, whether orally or in writing
• Verbal and Written Communication - Develop and plan communication strategies to ensure activities and accomplishments are communicated to senior management, project stakeholders, and IT teams
• Demonstrated ability to Work closely with other development teams and other IT groups to ensure seamless support to internal customers
• Uphold the company's code of ethics and business conduct
• Quick Learner and leadership ability to provide coaching/mentoring to Team members and peers
