Job Summary
This position is responsible for issuing and cashing customer wager tickets in addition to delivering excellent guest service.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent. Previous sportsbook ticket writer experience preferred.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Superior guest service skills required. Solid understanding of the sports book guest's motivations and expectations. Familiar with Microsoft products. Must be at least 21 years of age. Cash handling experience preferred. Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
