Blazerworks, in partnership with the local school district, is seeking a talented and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in New Caney, TX. Responsibilities:

• Assess students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve students' independence and participation in daily activities.
• Provide direct therapy services and interventions, including fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, sensory integration, and self-care skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide guidance and training to teachers and support staff on strategies to support students' occupational therapy goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Texas.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sensory integration techniques, fine motor skills development, and adaptive equipment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
