Job description
Total Care Therapy is currently looking for a creative Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the Dayton, Ohio area in an Assisted Living (AL) environment.
Our Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) uses a web-based documentation system that can be accessed from any internet-capable device. The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for performing Evaluations, 30-day Reassessment Visits, Recertifications, Discharges, and Treatment Visits. Flexible scheduling while maintaining a weekly caseload of 25 - 30 visits a week to meet full-time status. Must be certified to provide services in the State of Ohio.
Prior home healthcare experience is preferred but is not required.
SIGN-ON BONUS: $2,000.00
