NBAZ is looking for a seasoned Specialty Commercial Loan Operations Administrator to join Arizona’s #1 Community Bank .

The ideal candidate will have the experience necessary to:

• Provide operational monitoring and processing for specialty loan relationships to ensure adherence to lending guidelines and procedures.
• Manage Vacation Ownership portfolio.
• Perform collateral monitoring and servicing, including management of bank control accounts.
• Examine collateral pools prior to the initial and each subsequent funding to ensure their accuracy and eligibility.
• Analyze reporting to include trial balances, bank account reconciliations and other related data.
• Prepare manual billings that are not supported by loan systems due to complexity.
• Manage special handling for application of loan payments, in coordination with other departments.
• Reconcile and monitor payment and receipt of third-party loan fees, including appraisals and legal fees.
• Review/test borrowing base calculations and computes loan advance availability.
• Determine necessary collateral replacements and executes reassignments of collateral.
• May monitor third party custodial and servicing agents to include annual field exams to assess reliability of all collateral custodial reports.
• Review new loan documentation to implement operational processes to support administration of the loan.
• Coordinates with other departments in the bank including Treasury Management, Bank Operations and lending units.
• Works with external stakeholders, including outside counsel, title companies, other banks, custodial agents and servicers.
• Assist with special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Requires experience with banking, lending operations, credit policies and procedures, or other directly related experience.

• Basic knowledge of lending and bank operations principles, accounting concepts, credit, credit analysis and experience working with various types of loans.
• Ability to meet deadlines, audit documentation and solve problems.
• Ability to make recommendations to officers.
• Must have good communication, customer service and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of computer software, including spreadsheets, word processing and various types of credit analysis software.
• May require overnight travel for annual collateral exam.

Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; 40 hours/week (Fully Remote within Arizona)
