Position Title: Inventory Control Specialist
Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Manage the cycle count program, adjustments, and reconciliations in systems.
- Ensure lot-pure pallets and accuracy of expiration dates in the system.
- Perform daily supply assessment and replenishment of products.
- Continually monitor inventory levels.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and adjustments in the system and notify managers of any discrepancies.
- Work with brands to increase inventory accuracy.
- Assist with receiving to identify product placement.
- Work with partners to resolve unpressed receipts or shipments.
- Assist in researching inaccurate labels in the warehouse.
- Implement action plans that focus on reduction of total inventory.
- Researching sticker issues, expiration dates, delivery issues, loss prevention etc.
- Maintain, research, and resolve any inventory issues.
- Preform other related duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to plan and organize multiple projects.
- Knowledge of eCommerce, retail, or distribution center operations.
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Must be able to learn other software systems
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Education and Experience:
- Prefer bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 2 plus years of experience utilizing and ERP System

- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years warehouse or shipping/receiving related experience preferred
- Experience working with WMS, EDI, and TMS preferred
