Role Summary
Provides first-level support to clients with questions about reporting systems and reports. Assists with collecting data and generating reports on portfolio performance.
Responsibilities:

Provides support to more senior staff members and associates to collect and analyze data based on predefined procedures. Develops capabilities in data sourcing.

Monitors reporting systems, addresses routine issues, and escalates complex issues to the appropriate higher-level resource.

Completes tasks in a timely and accurate manner as expected by clients and ensures work meets compliance requirements; proactively escalates at-risk items.

Begins to develop technical expertise regarding product and investment offerings in order to act as a resource to clients.
Qualifications:
Required:

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
-
3+ years of total relevant work experience
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
