BSN Sports is seeking a Specialist Assembly to become an integral part of our team! You will perform assembly line tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

PEAK SEASON (July-December) REQUIREMENTS:

• Shift hours 5:00am - 2:30pm Mon.-Thurs. and 5:00am-9:00am Fridays.
• Mandatory overtime which may include some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
• Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields
• Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

NOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION

• SAP Experience is a bonus
• Prior lift experience (required)
• Prior RF Scan Gun experience is a bonus
• Prior inventory control experience is a bonus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-35 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
