Solar Sales Manager
Local Solar Installation Company seeking Sales Manager for our rapidly growing sales team.
Through this position, you’ll lead by example through closing your own deals while supporting
each team member in creating a culture in which hard work is recognized, supported, and
rewarded.
We are an Authorized SunPower Installation Dealer, which means that we have access to
leading technology with the industry’s best 25-year parts/ labor/ performance warranty to offer
to our perspective customers, setting ourselves apart from competitors across several
categories. National and local consumer financing options available, with a solar lease program
launching very soon!
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in the solar industry or technical/ consultative sales.
- 5+ years in a sales leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass personal and team quota.
- Ability to motivate and help individuals achieve sales targets.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Duties:
- Lead weekly sales meetings to communicate company goals, supplier updates, market
trends etc.
- Schedule weekly meetings with each sales rep to strategize how to best support them
achieving their monthly sales targets.
- Weekly meetings with ownership to report team performance.
- Drive business by being the sales leader within the organization, becoming the very best
example of self-conduct, professionalism. Inspiring the sales team to be their very best.
Compensation:
- Generous red line
- Overrides on team sales
- Guaranteed # of pre-set appointments.
- Quarterly bonus based on team performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $350,000.00 - $555,000.00 per year
