Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Solar Sales Closer to join our expanding team. As a Remote Closer, your primary responsibility will be to conduct virtual consultations with potential clients interested in solar energy solutions. In addition, you may also conduct in-person consultations, depending on your location. We provide company appointments, and you will be responsible for closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual (and potentially in-person) consultations to educate potential clients about solar energy solutions and benefits
  • Perform needs assessments to determine the most suitable solar energy system for each client
  • Present and explain customized solar proposals, including pricing, financing options, and system design
  • Address client concerns, overcome objections, and secure commitments
  • Maintain a strong understanding of solar products, industry trends, and market developments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from consultation to installation
  • Regularly report sales activities, pipeline updates, and closed deals to management
  • Continuously improve your sales skills through ongoing training and coaching

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in solar sales and/or virtual sales, with a track record of success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
  • Comfortable conducting virtual and in-person sales presentations and consultations
  • Demonstrated ability to address and overcome client objections
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong work ethic
  • Technical understanding of solar energy systems and components is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software tools
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace for virtual consultations
