Job description
The Bethlehem YMCA is seeking individuals to fill the seasonal part time position of Skate Guard. Under the direction of the Ice Rink Director/Coordinator, the Skate Guard oversees the safety of the ice arena during “open skate”.
The Skate Guard holds the following requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be a proficient skater.
- Must be able to enforce rules of the ice rink.
- Excellent human relation skills, good organizational and communication skills.
