Job description
- Customer Service- Greet customers, answer phone, create quotes and perform call backs, etc.
- Inventory- Organize, Order, Stock, Receive and Returns
- Maintain Clean Work Space/Waiting Room
- Create Work Orders/ Purchase Orders
- Run Errands
- Communication between Technicians/Customers/ Parts Providers
- Use Automotive Oriented Software to keep up to date records of customer vehicles and maintenance.
