Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a Shoot Producer – Social Media Content.
How Do You Fit In?
The Shoot Producer – Social Media Content plays a key role in the overall growth and development of the Savage X Fenty social media channels by facilitating the ins-and-outs of social media shoots.
As the Brand Strategy & Content team works to significantly increase the output of engaging social media assets, the Shoot Producer – Social Media Content will be a pivotal player in making that a reality. This experienced producer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production process including planning, budgeting, and managing all on-site & off-site productions for social shoots. The right person for this role will be extremely organized, creative, and motivated to deliver innovative work for the Savage X Fenty brand.
The Shoot Producer – Social Media Content will work closely with the Social Media team to manage the development and execution of content shoots, with a special focus on short-form video (namely, TikTok). The right candidate for this role will be resourceful, have a sharp eye for detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to excel in cross functional collaboration with multiple internal and external partners.
This position will report to the Director, Head of Content.
Responsibilities:
- Lead social content production and workflow from concept to launch to post production to ensure all assets are on track, on time, on brief, and within budget.
- Balance working in a fast-paced environment that is creatively driven with strong work ethic. Must be a strategic thinker to ensure alignment with brand content strategy and broader company goals.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal designers & editors and external teams including production partners, content creators, talent, agents and managers etc.
- Develop operational efficiencies to improve end-to-end process.
- Coordinate, draft (as needed), and ensure that all legal agreements for productions and general operations are fully executed. Negotiate competitive rates + usage for all required creative use.
- Continually expand existing talent roster including photographers, videographers, models, stylists and other freelancers, seeking approval as needed.
- Continually drive innovation on shoot approaches and executions.
- Support the Sr. Director, Brand Strategy & Content with producing and coordinating IRL activations as needed.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in photo and video shoot production or in developing creative work for digital media.
- Mastery of pre & post-production details but also understands social, digital, and video creation and approval cycles.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and up to date on industry + platform trends
- Experience creating, editing, and optimizing social-first content is a plus.
- High-level creative judgement and an eye for quality, taste and style.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent project management skills, exceptional communication and organization. Experience managing projects across different channels.
- Flexible and solutions oriented. May be asked to work outside standard business hours as shoot needs arise.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Extremely organized, proactive, comfortable taking the lead, and able to understand and pivot when priorities shift.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent video & photo editing software is a plus.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $79,200 – $96,800. Offers to candidates are expected to fall within this range and will depend on the scope and complexity of the role, work experience, subject matter expertise, work location and other relevant factors.
