PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
SHIPPING
- Review picklist instructions and determine customer shipping requirements
- Reviews packaging labels, documents, and quantities for accuracy
- Schedules transportation and carrier companies for order pick up
- Determines specific documents, certifications, or notifications that are required per sales order.
- Prepare export documentation as required for international shipments.
- Responsible for data entry accuracy of outgoing shipments and maintains related records such as shipping reports
- Uploading data to customer portals

- High attention to details
- Good computer literacy
- Organization skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
SUPERVISION
Works with general supervision on varied, but standardized tasks.
This is an office job, not warehouse.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.19 - $18.00 per hour
