SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Under the direction of the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor, the Shipping Assistant provides support to the department as well as working with the general shipping process, inventory control, and general office maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepares packing slips
- Incoming UPS
- Researches upon request
- Bill of ladings
- Provides backup for supervisor
- Responsible for strict adherence to all company/departmental policies and procedures related to safety and conduct rules and other regulations
- Maintains a safe & clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned or required
