ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Shipping documents:
- Prepare shipping documents, proof of delivery and bill of lading.
- Prepare sheets/labels for pick-ups by parcel carriers.
- Coordinate shipments with factory and office staff.
ERP system:
- Use the ERP system to track and close shipped orders.
- Ensure all documents are created, correct and printed for all shipments.
- Monitor expected date of shipment to ensure that shipments are on-time delivery.
International Shipping:
- Prepare export documents such as bill of lading, certificate of origin and customs broker information.
- Ensure good communication and required follow-ups in shipments.
Carriers:
- Plan the requirements and schedules of carriers.
- Resource person for the planning and coordination of transport.
- Coordinate inter-company shipments.
Clerical:
- File proof of delivery and all other documents related to the customer deliveries.
- Answer phone calls related to shipping and transportation.
- Other tasks as per required.
