We are seeking highly motivated front of house team members needed for daytime shifts. At Chick-fil-A Derby Marketplace, we are looking for fast-paced, energetic individuals who are passionate about serving guests while working together as a part of a high-performance team. Responsibilities:

• Be an ambassador of the Chick-fil-A brand and be professional in every aspect of performance
• Strive to exceed guest expectations by delivering quality service
• Assist in planning and leading shifts
• Owns open, mid, or close routines for the current and/or next shift
• Paces the team to high levels of performance by understanding the importance of speed of service, accuracy and resolve bottlenecks in work flow
• Assist with training and coaching team members
• Ensure that the restaurant is properly cleaned, organized and safety standards are upheld
• Calmly address guest concerns and embrace Chick-fil-A guest recovery standards
• Be a willing team player and maintain cooperative working relationships with leadership and team members
• Model performance standards for all team members and work stations
• At all times exhibit a genuine passion for excellence
• Oversee guest experiences in the Drive Thru, Front Counter, and Dining Room
• Cash management

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
