Service Technician UNIS USA (Carrollton TX) Full Time
Position Summary:
We are one of the largest equipment manufacturers in the world. We produce video, redemption, kiddie, and amusement ride products for customers in 60 countries worldwide.
Seeking a Technical Advisor who is responsible for helping the company provide quality product support through customer service, proper diagnosis, repair, and superior documentation, assuring the customer is given excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to precisely diagnose technical issues.
- Responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repair down to component level on computer system cards. (Training Provided)
- Provide professional phone assistance and possesses excellent communication skills.
- Create and support Service Ticket process.
- Keep work area neat, clean, and organized.
- Document accurate information such as pricing, part numbers and billable hours for proper invoicing
- Clean and inspect repair items before returning to customer.
- Responsible for other reasonable related duties assigned.
- Receive and respond to incoming calls in a timely manner with excellent customer service.
- Ability to travel to customer sites if needed.
- Assist in setting up new attractions at trade shows and service center.
Requirements:
- General knowledge of repairing electronic equipment preferred.
- Microsoft – Office, Excel, Outlook
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent documentation skills
- Must be able to work independently.
- Understanding of basic electronics.
- Ability to read electrical system diagrams.
- Arcade experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
