Sodexo is seeking an experienced Service Response Center Manager 1 ( Call Center) to support our At Your Request (AYR) patient meal service based at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, MN. This leader will support up to 12 Allina Hospitals in the area.
Abbott Northwestern Hospital is a 627-bed teaching and specialty hospital. It is the largest not-for-profit hospital in the Twin Cities and is a part of the Allina Health network of hospitals and clinics. Minimum Training/Knowledge/Skills Required:
- excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills
- basic accounting skills
- proven research and problem resolution skills
- must be well organized and use effective time management
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines
- excellent interpersonal skills
- must be a self-starter and be proactive

Sodexo offers fair and equitable compensation, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.

Manages response center services in a call center environment at an account by ensuring requests are dispatched and responded to in a timely manner.

- Manages operations and staff of the service response center by fulfilling contractual obligations.
- Ensures requests are dispatched and responded to in a timely manner and that appropriate equipment and resources are available.
- Identifies and sets-up new service providers, views and approves work orders, proposals, and invoices.
- Runs financial and call volume reports.
- Meet with client contacts to develop service improvements.
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
