What is the job about?
Grundfos Pumps Corporation is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Service Delivery team.
As a Service Coordinator, you will be scheduling workshop and on-site (pump) repair requests from customers (by telephone and in writing) while ensuring scheduling procedures are followed including effective communications across teams to ensure materials are ordered and the required technicians are planned. You will apply professional knowledge to build trust with customers, employees, partners, and contractors. You will provide the necessary support in the coordination and planning of service operations and site visits.
This position is part time (32hrs) and will operate daily out of our Allentown, PA facility and is on-site. Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in the USA without support.
Your main responsibilities:
- Creation and processing of work orders in SAP CS for service technicians and service partners.
- Work closely with the Service Manager to track and coordinate jobs with technicians.
- Determine the correct parts with Service Sales and technicians for Service Quotations.
- Identifying / assessing incoming requests from customers to set forth the correct Service support actions.
- Work cross-functionally on service requests regarding technical support.
- Provide both phone and email support to communicate with both internal and external customers
Your background
We imagine that you have:
- At least 5 years of work experience and at least 2 years in a similar position.
- The ability to follow protocols and process flows to ensure high quality service responses.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Experience and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of SAP (SAP CS/Customer Service) highly preferred.
- Communicative, good at making connections (inside and outside), independent, initiative-oriented, result-oriented.
- Attention to detail.
