General Description: The position of Agent Services Coordinator (ASC) has been created to assist the Team Leader (TL) and the Market Center Administrator (MCA) to enhance its growth, productivity, and profitability of the Market Center. The ASC will be responsible for establishing rapport with the agent populations and building relationships with them. The ASC will also be responsible for conducting coaching accountability sessions with these agents to assist them in learning the Keller Williams Business Systems and models. The ASC will also be responsible for fielding questions and being the point of contact for the entire agent population. The individual will be responsible for making decisions/changes and proactively planning. The primary people contacts for this individual will be the agent populations of Keller Williams Realty on a daily basis. The ASC must have a positive, cheerful, servient heart to assist our associates. The ASC will assist in the management of the office by providing support and feedback to the MCA and Team Leader on all matters affecting the productivity and operation of the Market Center.

Work Schedule: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday

Job Duties:

  • Stay up to date on evolving technology and systems of Keller Williams
  • Monthly training calendar generation, distribution, scheduling, and coordination with instructors
  • Update and maintain retention systems to include celebrations and acknowledgements
  • Assist with program and preparation for Team meetings
  • Assist Team Leader in contacting attendees at real estate schools and follow up from Career Nights
  • Contact trainers to confirm schedule and determine training room needs
  • Schedule and facilitate sessions with vendors/affiliates
  • Set up training room for classes and events
  • Responsible for New Agent On-boarding and orientation
  • Assist in teaching classes as able
  • Update/ modify bulletin boards as appropriate
  • Facilitate distribution of printed materials as needed
  • Attend staff meetings
  • Assist in the smooth transition of agents for transfer agents
  • Participate in committees as assigned by Team Leader
  • Assist in planning and executing major events such as parties and awards banquet
  • Have knowledge of all major systems and procedures
  • Ability to delegate when necessary
  • Facilitate notifying agents regarding status of license renewal dates
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
