As a Server support it is your responsibility to be knowledgeable in all areas of food, beverage, and service. You will learn to anticipate our Guests’ needs and to provide each one with a positive dining experience, while exhibiting the genuine hospitality our family has cultivated for generations.

The Server support is also responsible for:

• Extensive knowledge of our menus
• Passion for our food and wines
• Clearly communicating with team and guests being a team player
• Running food efficiently
• Processing orders efficiently, taking payment in a timely manner and accurate cash handling
