Liberty Kitchen of restaurant group Culinary Khancepts is looking for professional, high energy service team members with excellent communication skills to provide our guests with an exceptional service experience.

Culinary Khancepts is a new and exciting, multi-concept, restaurant group that includes Liberty Kitchen and State Fare Kitchen & Bar. Liberty Kitchen Oysterette is committed to fresh, quality local products. Liberty Kitchen offers several choices on our charcoal- and applewood-burning grill including fish, steaks, chicken, and burgers. We have a little bit of everything to please every palate.

Compensation includes an hourly wage and tips ($2.13 per hour + tips)

Server Responsibilities

• Staying updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu edits
• Presenting menus, suggesting dishes, assisting in drink selection, informing guests about food preparation details, communicating specific customer needs to the cooks
• Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses
• Properly open and pour wine at the tableside
• Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change
• Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed
• Assisting with special events as needed
• Greet all guests in a hospitable and warm manner
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
• Understand and communicate all products and services available
• Must have some familiarity with basic food knowledge
• Commit to delivering high levels of customer service
• Practice appropriate/required safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Handling cash and credit transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to guests.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.

COVID-19 considerations:
We have spaced out seating in the dining room and bars. We all wear masks and sanitizer is placed everywhere around the restaurant. All high touch points are sanitized regularly. We perform employee screenings upon arrival to work.
