Acreage a Restaurant of Stem Ciders, is looking for a few strong servers to round out our service team. FT/ PT positions available!

About Stem Ciders:

Stem Ciders is a craft cidery based in Lafayette, Colorado. Founded in 2013 by Eric Foster and Phil Kao, two entrepreneurs with a deep appreciation for craft, and a strong commitment to reviving the cider tradition, Stem produces cider founded on three main principles: quality, style, and tradition.

The RiNo cider house doors opened in January of 2014 with three ciders on tap and a mission to share the cider traditions that our founders know and love. With the addition of a primary production facility and restaurant, Acreage, in Lafayette, Colorado as well as our new pizza spot, Ghost Box Pizza, Stem Ciders continues to grow nationally with wholesale and retail focus.

Responsibilities include:

• Ability to work multiple positions within the restaurant to include; Host, Bartender, Server, Expo, Bussing/Support. We are a pooled house, and expect our team to fall in where needed.
• Knowledge and ability to educate guests on Restaurant and Cider Menu
• Assist Bar flow by running drinks out to guests

• Assist Expo by running food orders out to guests in an organized and timely manner

• Bussing and sanitizing tables as necessary to ensure restaurant cleanliness

• Support maintenance and appearance of the bar area by assisting with glassware cleaning and restocking

• Support and assist all FOH staff where needed

Requirements:

• A team player with experience working in busy restaurants
• Previous experience with (Serving, Bartending, Bussing/Bar-back, Expo, Host)

• Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to work standing for up to 8 hours at a time

• Capable of lifting 20-25 lbs

• Adept at multitasking

• Able to maintain positive attitude
• Candidates must be 18 years or older

COVID-19 considerations:
We have implemented an employee screening protocol for all staff members to ensure staff is coming into the workplace healthy. This includes a questionnaire and temperature screening at the start of each shift. We also take temperatures for any guests.
