Join our team at Paradise Ciders, Hawaii’s first & only cider company! Our Taproom & Bar is located in beautiful Mililani town and we are striving to be the go-to neighborhood bar with genuine hospitality, a locally-focused cocktail & draft program, paired with ono grinds from our on-site food truck.
We are seeking motivated and experienced servers for our casual & fun working environment. Part-time positions available @ $11/hr plus tips.

Applicants must exemplify the aloha spirit, have excellent guest service, be a team player that is able to work and communicate well with others, and follow directions. Food knowledge not required — we have an on-site food truck that operates separately from our bar.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences, make recommendations and provide an exceptional guest experience
- Take orders and serve drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) throughout restaurant, pre-bus and bus
- Ability to multi-task, work large sections/parties if necessary
- Proper cash handling: opening and closing tabs/checks
- Support other areas of the restaurant as requested
- Uphold liquor laws
- Act as a brand ambassador for our company
Requirements:
- Prior server experience required
- Ability to work while standing, walking, moving for up to 8 hours at a time
- Must communicate & play well with others
- Tech-friendly, or eager to learn; Toast & Sling experience a plus
- Reliable transportation to and from Mililani
- Shifts begin as early as 10:00 A.M. and end as late as 1:00 A.M.
- Must be available to work nights & most holidays (We will be closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day)
- Recent TB clearance required
