THE OPPORTUNITY

YOU are the role model for SEOULSPICE. As the general manager, you are proactive in attracting, hiring, and developing an unstoppable team that will continue to grow within SEOULSPICE. You are effective at communicating and addressing the needs of your store to your staff and executive team to maintain an environment driven by success, positivity, and opportunity.

• Previous restaurant experience.
• Friendly, passionate, and inspirational approach to leadership.
• Passion for mentoring and staff development.
• Upholding the highest level of food quality (BOH) and customer service (FOH).
• Scheduling labor and managing cogs to meet the financial goals of SEOULSPICE.
• Connecting to the community with a creative approach to marketing (fundraisers, catering).
• Ability to jump in and assist where and when needed.
• Address performance issues efficiently and respectfully via development and conflict management.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
