TITLE: Senior Technical Program Manager
Location: Hybrid in Southlake, TX or Kansas City, MO
Pay Rate: $75-$90/hour
ICS, a Korn Ferry company, is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive digitization initiatives across the organization through workflow automation. This important hire must have exceptional communication and organization skills, be highly collaborative, and have a deep understanding of independent and interdependent IT organizational structures, tools, and teams. With an emphasis on discovery and soft skills, this individual will work with leadership and teams across the globe to create meaningful and positive change. Pragmatic, innovative, data driven, detail oriented, and self-motivated are skills crucial to the success of this role as well as the ability to leverage and implement program management tools, processes and KPIs to increase visibility, create stability, and ensure success. The ideal candidate will be accountable for key programs and will coordinate the logistics and resources, conduct planning and working sessions, and build lasting relationships to meet program objectives.

What You'll Do:
- Work directly with key stakeholders, both technical and business, to kick-off, oversee, and manage key programs and projects.
- Oversee a portfolio of projects focused on automation and digitization to increase visibility, identify dependencies, and ensure the success of each Program and Project
- Collaboratively define the scope of work, identify appropriate resources, set goals, develop schedules, and track and report progress while ensuring that the overall approach is refined and can be leveraged by junior Program and Project Managers within your Project Portfolio
- Along with managing key programs and overseeing Project Portfolio, you will:
- Drive implementation of multiple, complex program management initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve milestones within established timeframes
- Communicate with project stakeholders, and executive and senior management, and provide reporting insights on issues through root cause analyses
- Set and continually manage program expectations with team members and other stakeholders
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise program team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and take accountability for their assigned work
- Implement delivery excellence practices throughout the PMO
- 8 or more years of experience of program or project management; focused on Technology projects in an enterprise environment
- 3 or more yea rs of experience leading end-to-end digitization or digital transformation projects across the organization
- Experience with ServiceNow or another workforce automation platform
- Advanced knowledge of business applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Project, Teams, etc.
- Proactively and effectively communicate and present ideas in a clear and persuasive manner to all organization levels.
- Persuade, encourage, enroll, and motivate others.
- Work collaboratively at all levels within the organization.
- Plan, prioritize, and quickly adapt to overcome obstacles and resource constraints to ensure objectives achieved.
- Develop strategies, action plans, and metrics to ensure visibility, proactively identify risks, and have the objective information to address issues.
- Quickly identify problems and create mitigation plans to minimize risk, issues, bottlenecks, and obstacles.
- Be accountable, trustworthy, transparent, and dependable.
- Have a high-level of emotional intelligence, self-regulation, and self-control so that you can adapt to ensure success even in stressful or difficult situations.
