  • You will be joining a team of top-level designers in the home furnishings and décor space working directly with bedding, bath, and tabletop designers, along with a studio of artists.
  • We are a dynamic team of diversified expertise, creating a wide range of products.
  • We create collections to address the current trends while keeping a comfortable, casual, family friendly aesthetic.

About the Senior Product Designer role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will develop a highly creative and diverse portfolio of products from concept to completion. This position relies on quick ideation, attention to detail, and producing high quality products within a tight deadline. Functionality of products is key and understanding overseas manufacturing is a plus. Most importantly, a good attitude, collaborative style and a willingness to learn is key to success.

Responsibilities

  • Concept and ideate innovative and timeless table linens designs that adhere to the brand’s aesthetic
  • Create Tech Packs
  • Follow up with sample status and making sure products arrive on time
  • Work closely with cross functional team to review and approve samples on time to hit seasonal milestones
  • Review approved samples with production versions
  • Assist in setting up presentations
  • Lead and coordinate cross functional design efforts for cohesive story telling as it pertains to collaborations and licensing collections
  • Ideate new partnership ideas for collaborations and licensing

Criteria

  • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • AutoCad to create specs
  • Solidworks/Rhino experience a plus for rendering
  • 4+ years of Product Development/Design experience

The expected starting pay range for this position is $92,000 -$106,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
