About the role:

As a Senior Less-than-Truckload (LTL) Sales Executive for TQL, you will be responsible for identifying high-volume, large-scale LTL opportunities, building relationships with customers, and closing key accounts. This is an opportunity to tap into our existing customer base and leverage our extensive internal resources to start closing and growing a nearly untouched LTL market within TQL.

What you’ll be doing:

• Engage with established TQL sales teams to identify large LTL opportunities within our existing FTL clientele
• Aggressively work potential accounts through the sales cycle – initiating contact, building relationships, qualifying opportunities, presenting solutions, closing, and onboarding
• Create and deliver presentations to perspective customers highlighting TQL’s value added LTL services
• Lead or assist account reviews with customers on performance, forecasts, and future opportunities for LTL solutions
• Collaborate with the LTL Pricing Team to develop customized and competitive proposals
• Communicate customer and market trends to TQL senior leadership

What you need:

• 10+ years of proven success in a highly metric-driven LTL sales role
• Ability to travel up to 25% required
• High energy with an excellent work ethic
• Self-directed with the ability to solve problems minimal oversight
• Strong phone, and in-person sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
