As a Senior LIMS Consultant at Clarkston, you will:

• Work closely with clients at all different levels to develop creative solutions
• Focus on business process re-engineering efforts and FDA compliance

Travel Requirement

Travel is an integral part of this role and is estimated to average 30-50%. This may vary based upon client and project needs. While travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19 restrictions, all non-essential travel has been limited and any on-site requests are subject to review. When not traveling, consultants work from their home office. Relocation is not required.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for versatile team members and innovators with 3-6 years of prior industry or functional experience who want to work on diverse and challenging operations and management consulting projects to deliver true value to our clients.

• Applying thorough knowledge of the Life Sciences industry for implementing software systems, such as Labware LIMS or LabVantage that support the laboratory environment by improving efficiency and promoting collaboration.
• Assisting in blueprinting and design sessions to gather functional requirements for LIMS implementations
• Assisting in creation of project plans and timelines, define project deliverables, assign project team roles and resources, identify and track issues and their resolution, and guide project scope, creep, and requirements.
• Conducting knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices
• Providing leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects
• Have a minimum of 5 years of prior LIMS / Quality Systems experience
• Background in Quality Assurance, LIMS or demonstrated business acumen for working in a heavily regulated, compliant environment preferred
• Minimum degree required: bachelor's or 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
