HELP* has an immediate need for HVAC Service Technicians!
Applicants should be mechanically inclined, detail-orientated, and have strong communication skills. Our team members must be able to prioritize customer satisfaction and safety! Applicants will be responsible for performing the following duties: new customer trouble calls, maintenance, installation of HVAC equipment, warranty work, and emergency repairs. Our ideal candidates will have 3+ years in the field as a Residential Service Technician, have sales experience, enjoys meeting new people and being of service, be professional, self-motived, have a positive attitude every day, and be a great communicator with the ability to present multiple options to our customers.
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record. Pay is based on performance and can range from 60K to Over 100K per year. The position is Monday through Friday, with some weekends.

All YOU need
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Have a valid Driver's License
- Be self-motivated
- Be able to work independently with little to no supervision
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- A Positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- Great Communication Skills with a basic knowledge of Electrical Concepts
- Satisfactory passing of pre-employment screens and physical. Valid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractions
WORK CONDITIONS:

Occasionally required to lift and/or move objects 10-75 lbs
- Work is performed in residential properties (attic, garage, crawl space)
- Moderate exposure to physical risk
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders and balance.
- Required to work in outside weather conditions, including heat, cold, and temperature swings, for extended periods of time.
- Requires concentration and attention to detail; requires a high level of organizational and prioritization skills.
- Standing up to 8 hours per day; Walking up to 8 hours per day on uneven, difficult terrain.
- Regular and repetitive grasping, gripping, reaching, bending, stooping, crouching, climbing, squatting, kneeling, balancing, and working overhead.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to others and to convey detailed spoken instructions accurately, loudly, or quickly.
- The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds (e.g., machinery alarms, or alarms).
- May work in closed or cramped space on occasion
