We are seeking a qualified Senior Financial Business Program Management Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Deputy Assistant Director for Information Operations (DAD IO/J-6), Portfolio and Resource Management Division (PRMD) in San Antonio, Texas.

The duties and skills of the Senior Financial Business Program Management Analyst position include but not limited to:

• The Senior Financial Business Program Management Analyst shall have in-depth expertise, working knowledge and experience with the DoD, MHS, and DHA Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) investment management and governance standards, processes and requirements; Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process; requirements elicitation and analysis from a programmatic approach; budget planning and programming processes; IM/IT business and financial management process analysis, integration, mapping and modeling; and financial data research and analysis to advise and provide the DHA Leadership with the essential information to serve as the basis for informed investment management decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and excellent presentation skills.
• Must have a minimum of 8 years professional experience in the DoD.
• Must have bachelor’s degree.
