NTT DATA currently seeks a Sales Executive to join our Converging Industry Practice team.

The ideal candidate NTT DATA is seeking has 10+ years of Business Development and I.T. Services/Solution Sales experience selling multi-year, multi-service, or complex service contracts that involve Digital Solutions, Infrastructure/Cloud Services, Application Services, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Consulting (not products) and consistently meets or exceeds $12MM TCV Quota annually.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hunting role, focused on new logo development
  • Applies a deep understanding of industry trends, business, financials, service offerings, the market, and the needs / challenges of assigned accounts
  • Understands and applies long-term vision of business/ technology direction for NTT DATA
  • Drives services sales strategies that help drive exponential sales growth
  • Demonstrated ability to sell digital services (cloud, analytics, automation, apps to the cloud) as well as managed services, full IT Outsourcing solutions, application services and industry vertical solutions to include things like regulatory compliance solutions, digital solutions, mobile solutions, transformational services, managed services, application management/support.
  • Demonstrated ability & success at meeting and/or exceeding annual quotas of $12million TCV
  • Demonstrated experience selling to Life Sciences (Pharma, Med Device, BioMed)customer base
  • Requires strategic agility to interface and successfully influence multiple executives within the customer organization
  • Sells to regional, large national and global accounts
  • Focuses on selling services solutions across geographies
  • Anticipates how market and competitive factors will influence the selling of NTT DATA services
  • Design and implement sales strategy to achieve sales quota
  • Ability to assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrates boardroom executive presence
  • Ability and willingness to travel 40% of the time

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Business Development and I.T. Services/Solution Sales experience selling multi-year, multi-service, or complex service contracts that involve Digital, Infrastructure/Cloud Services, Application Services, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Consulting (not products)
  • 8+ years of sales experience selling within relevant Industry segments
  • 8+ years in hunting and acquiring new logos with a track record of meeting and exceeding quota
  • Must have sold IT Services engagement deals of $2MM+ within Commercial industry
  • Bachelors Degree required, MBA preferred
