Sr. Document Control

Deer Park, TX

NOTE: 9/80 work schedule- hybrid work schedule.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years practical experience in major, complex, business critical project environments.
• Experience in engineering and construction environment within the petrochemical industry.
• Must have excellent understanding of Document Control Process.

Excellent organizational skills, written, and oral skills. Experience in effectively documenting, rolling out and gate-keeping rules and standards. Competence in problem solving and good decision-making skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver project document control against project procedures for internal and external engineering, design, vendor documents, and project correspondence.
• Comply with the Company Records Management Policy for Controlled and not Controlled documents.
• Project filing and archiving and handover preparation.
• Paper and electronic document flow within project team, and from/to contractors or vendors.
• Manage all paper and electronic document flow within project, and from / to contractors or vendors.
