INTEGRATED EXECUTIVE PRODUCER – Sr. Director

We are seeking an Integrated Executive Producer to help lead Liquid Sunshine through an exciting new phase of growth in capabilities, brand assignments, and creative excellence. This is a Sr. Director level role that will report into the Vice President of Liquid Sunshine.

Leadership Responsibilities:
The Integrated Executive Producer (IEP) is solutions-oriented leader who can provide guidance and support to cross-functional partners and day-to-day staff managing the studio. You should have experience spanning video, digital, print, and packaging production. As the IEP your role is to galvanize teams across disciplines and foster a culture of collaboration and open, solutions-oriented communication for optimal outcomes. You should maintain a cooperative disposition while balancing creative needs with business strategy and fiscal responsibility. You lead teams to the highest quality output regardless of the budget and production type. You are passionate about mentoring, growing and leading teams of top talent including editors, producers, production artists, motion designers, and more.- This role is primarily on-site at our Frisco, TX office with a hybrid schedule (3-days a week in office). We are open to remote candidates who are willing to travel to meet this requirement. Being onsite is essential for the success of our brands and our team.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on bringing passion and great outcomes, always.
- Create a clear vision for each project and lead creation of clear plan of action for each project prior to start.
- Take an active role in getting invested in key projects, actively contributes ideas through processes to elevate the creative and brand objectives.
- Embrace revisions with a positive attitude and bring proactive solutions or recommendations.
- Proactively dedicates time to grow studio staff in areas that need improvement or foster areas of strength.
- Collaborate with creative and brand teams to understand both the creative concept and business objectives – delivering impactful work that brings everyone along in the process.
- Maintain oversight of all production estimates at every stage to ensure responsible management of budgets.
- Proactively share key budget overages and/or concerns to partners.
- Plan and oversee all stages of the studio workflow short and long-term scheduling and adjust with shifting priorities; forecasting staffing needs and resource plans accordingly.
- Ensure effective management of agency server and talent rights.
- Ensure accurate time tracking for all studios team staff through regular review of time sheets.
- Actively contribute ideas and solutions in a collaborative manner for priority initiatives; including sharing postmortem documents with optimization recommendations to partners on all large projects.
- Ability to think beyond the department and support whole-agency growth while working on sensitive and critical initiatives.
- Develop and manage growth plans for staff, provide active, in-the-moment mentorship for staff, and conduct 1:1’s and reviews for reporting employees
Experience:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in print and video production, including 8+ years in an agency environment and at least 3 years leading a multi-discipline team
- At least 5 years of experience producing or overseeing digital projects, including websites
- A portfolio of award-winning work across video, print, social, and digital
- The optimism to think bigger, the curiosity to dig deeper, and the passion to do better
- An entrepreneurial spirit, a strong work ethic, and a solutions oriented mindset
- Determination, courage, and ingenuity in the face of obstacles, deadlines, ambiguity,and healthy conflict
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
