POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Director of Software Engineering will streamline the deployment of critical systems that will transform and automate 10X Health’s processes. The role will serve as the lead architect for our Technology team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in designing and implementing new systems, and work alongside the Operations team to ensure a smooth transition and anticipate any potential roadblocks. The Director of Technology will have the opportunity to recruit and develop an engineering team. This position is challenging due to the highly-regulated nature of healthcare, and more specifically high-volume, e-commerce focused nature of a Grant Cardone business. Selling healthcare services to groups of tens-of-thousands of physical, in-person customers or virtually to millions of Grant’s followers poses really unique challenges to a healthcare technology health stack.

OBJECTIVES

• Develop a web and mobile platform that interacts with a highly scalable infrastructure (web services and data stores) developed in Microsoft’s public cloud, Azure
• Develop and rollout a CRM (SalesForce) instance that enables Sales, Marketing, and the Clinical areas of the business to operate securely and efficiently
• Configure the workflows and pipelines for our Sales and Marketing team, while catering to the needs of our clinical team to work out of this system
• Ensure clinical, sales & marketing, and financial-related software applications are integrated
• Develop customer facing applications (web and mobile-based) that allow consumers to more easily book services at Cardone Events, brick-and-mortar locations, or concierge-style models.
• Play an active role in the realization of our talent strategy by attracting, recruiting, mentoring and developing top engineering talent.
• Build a web and mobile friendly online platform that allows new customers and existing customers alike to register, purchase services, and optionally visit a local healthcare provider to receive certain services
• Architect and deploy our EHR solution, primarily for the physicians
• Lead integrations with core lab providers and pharmacies, as well as devise the approach to securely and performantly transitioning only the relevant data from our CRM to our EHR
• Provide the physical infrastructure needed to support the original 50 franchises we rollout by year’s end and ~250 by end of 2023

COMPETENCIES

• Demonstrated recent hands-on experience in the design, engineering, and successful implementation of enterprise-grade software products.
• Ability to effectively articulate ideas and initiatives to non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated capability of building a technology team that comprises developers, designers, and infrastructure-focused roles
• Expert level solution architecture skills with wide-ranging experience; able to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
• Ability to manage networking equipment (cost and functionality optimal firewalls, access points)
• Demonstrated capability of computing devices needed for staff members will need to not only be deployed, but managed and secured on a regularly scheduled basis
• Ability to operate in a public cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) that involves the development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise software

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of active architecture, design, engineering, and implementation experience in a complex enterprise cloud environment.
• 2+ years of experience managing technical teams
• Preferably past experience in a HIPAA-regulated environment
• Prior experience interacting with an EHR system preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• 50% travel to the 10X Health Center in Aventura, FL
• Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
