Job Title: Senior Developer
Job Location: Rockville, Maryland (100% of teleworking permitted from anywhere in the US)

Job Description: Design, develop, modify, test and debug procedures, triggers, views, functions and packages in Oracle database for new requirements, modifications and enhancements. Handle operational tickets, data requests and ad-hoc report requests regarding References, Rate settings, OIG, edit disposition configuration, treatment suites, role based access control, interface changes, bill history maintenance, reprocess of claims. Closely work with DOL to complete Reference master data and rates configuration on quarterly, bi-annually, annually and on an ad-hoc basis. Product owner of Audit Studio application (CNSI proprietary Fraud, Waste and Abuse management tool). Work on requirements gathering, design, development, implementation, bug fixing and unit testing. Design and maintain outbound interface jobs that send data externally and receive data via inbound files. Automated database to database jobs for several critical Bills related functionalities. Work on release co-ordination, defect fixing, root cause analysis, change requests, data patching, performance tuning, data partitioning, environment maintenance. 100% of teleworking permitted from anywhere in the US
Job Requirements: Job requires Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related and 3 years of experience in any job title involving Software Development.
Job also requires experiences with the following:
- Oracle database (3 years)
- PeopleSoft EPM -FTP (2 years)
- DataStage Director, DataStage Manager, and DataStage Administrator (2 years)
- Business Objects WEBI (2 years)
- JD Edwards (1 year)
- ODI Designer (Oracle data Integrator) (1 year)
