Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager

General Job Description:
EJES, Inc. is seeking Senior Civil Engineers and Engineering Project Managers to work on large scale water, sewer, roadway, transportation, transit, and drainage infrastructure projects. Typical activities and project deliverables may include highway design, roadway design, hydraulic design and analysis, hydraulic computations, drainage reports, associated construction plans, and related specifications and estimates production.
Pay Rate: $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 a year.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive engineering experience with a background in highway/roadway drainage.
Should have knowledge of the software used for typical projects to meet local, state and federal requirements. The position requires the candidate to have the ability to work independently, collaborate in a team environment, multi-task, and exercise practical engineering judgment in problem identification and solutions, using the application of engineering design principles, procedures and criteria.
The successful candidate will be in charge of various high-profile civil engineering projects, which may include local, state, and/or federal projects, such as roadway, drainage, airport, bridge, utility, water/wastewater, transit, and/or traffic projects. The candidate will be responsible for keeping the project on schedule and under budget. The candidate will also be response for anticipating problems before they occur and finding ways to accomplish project goals regardless of changing circumstances.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering,
Ten years of engineering experience.
Professional Engineering (PE) license
