Essential Functions:
- Personally develop prospects, territory plans, opportunity pipelines, and forecasts.
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Assist in determining price schedules.
- Assist in developing marketing initiatives to promote sales.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Consult with department heads to plan forecasted staffing needs.
- Prepare and present business plan to potential customers.
- Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
- Work with the marketing company to create materials and advertise business.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5-7 years of successful business and technical understanding of the IT industry directly selling Managed Services, Outsourcing Solutions, Service Desk, Desktop Management, Mobility Management, and Infrastructure Management Services.
- Must have the ability to understand a client’s business environment, key business drivers, tracking changing business trends, and a proven record of targeting and closing business within mid-market and large enterprises.
- Must have a good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have strong selling skills, along with the ability to successfully influence others.
- Ability to explain product and service material to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Must have the ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships.
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and must possess solid customer service skills.
- Must be able to think creatively.
- Must be able to travel as required.
