Ultimate Health Plans, Inc. (“UHP”) is a fast growing Medicare Advantage health plan with its headquarters located in Spring Hill, Florida. UHP plans provide all the benefits of Original Medicare Parts A and B, plus additional benefits not available with Original Medicare.

We prefer a hybrid individual who can act as a BA as well as someone who has data/analysis/SQL skills. This role will interface with Ultimate’s Utilization Management, Disease Management, and Case Management teams. The individual will assist with the creation of business requirements, technical design, testing, development, and automation of processes and reports. They will be expected to interface with the business and adhere to timelines that have been agreed upon with business partners. We want them to feel imbedded with the business teams they interface with so they grow into a SME within the area. They will be expected to report on metrics relevant to the business.

The position can be fully remote but must be willing to work Eastern hours in the state of Florida.

Requirements:

• 3+ years healthcare experience
• MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• 3+ years MS SQL Server

Preferred:

• SSIS
• SSRS
• Power BI
• Utilization Management / Disease Management / Case Management
• Experience with CMS files (EDI)

Position Summary Responsible to perform routine analysis using various techniques, e.g., data analysis, data reporting, gathering requirements, documenting process flows. Researches best practices and supports developing the solutions and recommendations for the current business operations. Will provide business data interpretation and assist to produce ad hoc data and reports.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or 3 plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minor experience in project management.

Other Qualifications

Previous experience in Managed Care and Medicare preferred, but not required

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
