Aviation and Missile Solutions is seeking a talented Senior Analyst / Engineer to join a well-established and growing team supporting the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office in Huntsville, AL. This team analyzes system performance across a wide range of areas and technologies related to air and missile defense.

Common tasks for this position include leading scenario design and development, analysis tool design and development, and complex and detailed analysis of IFMC system performance. The candidate will investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, brief customers on the results, and develop/propose creative solutions to challenging problems.
Required Experience:

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Math, or Computer Science from an accredited institution; Master’s or Ph.D. degree desired
• 10+ years of experience with AMD analysis and / or system-level data analysis
• Proficient in data manipulation and analysis, data visualization, signal and data processing, and system engineering
• Ability to provide technical leadership
• Ability to effectively mentor and guide junior staff
• Proven ability to interact effectively with a diverse set of customers, co-workers, and senior leadership

Desired experience:

• Experience with IFMC Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS)
• Experience with the PATRIOT weapons system
• Experience with the Python and Java programming languages

Required:

Candidate must possess and maintain an Active DoD SECRET clearance.
