We are looking for a detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Senior Accountant to perform accounting duties within our organization. The senior accountant's responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.

Candidate should be proficient in Excel, have financial analysis skill, and also be detail-oriented, highly organized, be a team player, able to work under pressure, and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

· Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.

· Review and manage accounts payable and receivable

· Create timely and accurate accounting reports for Management

· Assisting with preparing monthly financial statements

· Assisting with annual audit preparations.

· Ensure that accounting procedures comply with GAAP requirements

· Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.

· 5+ years of accounting experience.

· Working knowledge of GAAP.

· Strong financial analysis skills.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Strong organizational and stress management skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.

· Ability to train and manage staff.

· Ability to work with little to no supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
